Karim has obtained his Bsc in mechanical engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Joined Multi-national companies such as Mantrac, Danone, Mercedes and Lafarge. He worked in the technical and business development departments. He has been specialized in project management and obtained professional project management certificate from PMI, organization management and benchmarking experience.
Being the owner and founder of Paragon constructions enables him to participate intensively in the organization. Over two years his contribution and leadership escorted Paragon to be one of the outstanding construction companies in the region.
 

 
Radwa was graduated from faculty of fine arts – architectural department. She began her career in the contracting field. She had delivered many commercial and financial premises such as Benos cafee, lapoire cafee, Ahli united bank, pireaus bank, Egyptian Gulf bank, NCR head quarter and many other branches and properties in Egypt. Her expertise in technical and onsite work included high quality and first class finishing projects.
Acting as technical team leader in Paragon construction from 2010. She delivered more than 10 successful projects over the year and managed to maintain appropriate output to serve the client in the best possible manner. Her involvement in paragon added the knowhow of professional interface and state-of-the-art deliverables.
 

Graduated from faculty of Alexandria civil department, earned a construction management diploma from American society of civil engineers, project management professional certificate from PMI, fundamental for engineering from NCEES. Professional experience includes complex residential projects in addition to mega scale commercial projects. He has been engaged in contracting, construction consultancy, and project management services in different companies.
His engagement took place on 2009 as he participated in the development of the policies and added a few services to the organization. He was assigned to manage the projects activities and to be responsible for end products and final deliverables.  His devotion and exceptional efforts has considerable impact on the organization portfolio.
